ECORENEW Inc. will attend CES 2026 in Las Vegas, Nevada, from January 6 to 9, 2026.

We are participating in CES 2026, where we will exhibit our RenewFILTER portfolio and RenewFLOW‑OIL—
our compact, continuous oil‑refining (moisture‑removal) system—at Eureka Park (Booth: TBA).

ABOUT ECORENEW

At ECORENEW Inc., we turn industrial liquids from costly challenges into valuable resources. Our RenewFILTER technology uses nano‑surface treatment to create superhydrophilic and superhydrophobic surfaces that deliver highly selective, instantaneous separation. Building on 20+ years of university research and 30+ patents,
we help industries recover high‑quality oil and clean water with lower energy use and a smaller footprint.

Our CES 2026 highlight, RenewFLOW‑OIL, integrates high‑selectivity RenewFILTERs with a modular automated design to remove moisture from virgin or used lubricants at low temperature and atmospheric pressure. The result is high‑grade product oil with < 200 ppm moisture, reduced operating cost and CO₂ emissions, and accelerated circular‑economy adoption.

Just Renew Eco! Let’s renew the environment for future generations.

ECORENEW RENEWFILTER KEY BENEFITS

- High‑Selectivity Dehydration: Achieve ≤200 ppm moisture in refined oil, comparable to virgin‑oil quality, enabling immediate reuse.
Lower Energy, Lower Emissions: Low‑temperature, atmospheric operation cuts energy consumption by 30%+ and CO₂ emissions by 50%
                                                            + vs. conventional refining systems.
Compact Footprint & Easy Integration: System size ≤1/5 of conventional units, enabling flexible installation and rapid deployment in existing lines.
ESG & Compliance Ready: Supports resource recycling targets, improves workplace safety, and aligns with tightening environmental regulations.

TARGET CUSTOMERS

Lubricant manufacturers and blenders, re‑refiners, MRO and maintenance shops, industrial plants (steel, petrochemical, power, machinery) handling hydraulic and gear oils, and operators seeking:

- On‑site oil dehydration to reduce operating costs and downtime
- Transition from energy‑intensive thermal/pressure processes to efficient low‑temp solutions
- Stronger ESG performance and compliance with environmental regulations

In addition, facilities requiring selective separation of immiscible liquids (e.g., oil/water) can benefit from our RenewFILTER technology as a simple and effective solution.

ECORENEW PRODUCTS
2D Metal RenewFILTER -
Superhydrophilic & Superhydrophobic

Our 2D metal RenewFILTER leverages nano‑surface‑treated selective‑wetting surfaces to deliver continuous, high‑efficiency separation. The superhydrophilic type allows only water to pass; the superhydrophobic type allows only oil to pass. A robust polymer‑ligand coating ensures stable performance across diverse industrial conditions, extending service life while maintaining efficiency. These filters integrate easily into existing equipment for compact upgrades.

3D Polymer Depth RenewFilter -
Superhydrophilic & Superhydrophobic (NEW)

Engineered with depth‑filtration architecture and nano‑surface‑treated selective‑wetting surfaces, our 3D polymer depth RenewFILTER line now includes both superhydrophilic and—new for 2026—superhydrophobic variants. The superhydrophilic type delivers high‑capacity water pass‑through for wastewater polishing. The superhydrophobic type, newly developed and productized, enables high‑selectivity oil pass‑through for low‑energy dehydration of industrial oils—core to RenewFLOW‑OIL. Both variants share compatibility with standard PP depth‑filter form factors for broad applicability.

Compact RenewFLOW-OIL (2026 Showcase)

RenewFLOW‑OIL continuously removes moisture from virgin or used lubricants by pairing superhydrophobic 2D metal RenewFILTERs with superhydrophobic 3D polymer depth RenewFILTERs, governed by a modular automated design that maintains optimal separation conditions.

- Operating Conditions: Atmospheric pressure; low temperature (< 60 °C)
- Capacity: Up to 60 L/h (scalable via parallel multi‑core housings)
- Product Quality: ≤200 ppm moisture (virgin‑oil range), validated via comparative testing by K‑PETRO
- Footprint: ≤1/5 the size of conventional systems; easy on‑site installation
- Efficiency: 30%+ lower energy use; 50%+ lower CO₂ emissions vs. traditional refining
- Maintainability: Multi‑core housing allows half‑filter operation to double service life; residual moisture purge and recirculation maximize recovery
- Dimensions (W×D×H): 690 mm × 820 mm × 670 mm
- Weight: 25 kg

Customizable to client requirements (capacity, target moisture, interface), RenewFLOW‑OIL is a made‑to‑order solution that aligns with operational constraints and sustainability goals.

Notes: Performance and emissions reductions are based on internal testing and comparative analyses against conventional high‑temperature/high‑pressure refining systems. Booth information will be updated upon CES confirmation.
