RenewFlow‑Oil continuously removes moisture fr|om virgin or used lubricants by pairing superhydrophobic 2D metal Renuva Filters with superhydrophobic 3D polymer depth Renuva Filters, governed by a modular automated design that maintains optimal separation conditions.

Core Technology: Renuva Filter
The engine behind RenewFlow-Oil is our patented Renuva Filter platform. Using advanced nano-surface treatments, these filters achieve unparalleled
separation efficiency and are available in various materials (Metal, Polymer) and form factors (Mesh, Depth) to meet specific industrial needs.
Renuva-Water (Only Water-Passing, RW): These filters allow only water to pass through, making them ideal for high-capacity water pass-through for wastewater polishing.
Renuva-Oli (Only Oil-Passing, RO): These filters allow only oil to pass through, effectively blocking water to purify oils. Our latest breakthrough—the superhydrophobic Polymer Depth Renuva Filter—is the core technology that enables the high-selectivity, low-energy regeneration performance of RenewFlow-Oil.

ECORENEW PRODUCTS
2D Metal Nanofilter
Our 2D metal nanofilter instantly delivers up to 99.99% separation efficiency, utilizing surface tension differences to separate oil and water continuously. It is ideal for simpler oil and water separation processes and easily integrates into existing equipment. Additionally, a robust polymer ligand coating ensures long-lasting performance under various industrial conditions—resistant to diverse solutions and temperatures—extending lifespan and maintaining efficiency. These nanofilters are available in both superhydrophobic and superhydrophilic types: one that repels water and another that attracts it. Furthermore, the baseline settings can be adjusted to suit liquids other than water.
3D Polymer Depth Nanofilter
Engineered with a superhydrophilic surface, our 3D polymer depth nanofilter achieves an exceptional 99.999% separation efficiency. By allowing only water to pass through at high capacity, it enables immediate, large-scale wastewater treatment, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial applications. This nanofilter shares the same specifications as conventional PP depth filters, ensuring broad applicability across numerous industries. Like our 2D filters, it features a resilient polymer ligand coating that maintains stable performance and long service life in demanding industrial environments.
